Assegura que els aliments comercialitzats compleixen els requisits d&#8217;higiene i de seguretat. <\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>QUI EST\u00c0 OBLIGAT A INSCRIURE&#8217;S?<\/strong><\/h2><p>La inscripci\u00f3 \u00e9s obligat\u00f2ria per a les activitats seg\u00fcents:<\/p><p>\ud83c\udfed <strong>Fabricants i transformadors<\/strong> daliments i begudes.<\/p><p>\ud83c\udf0d <strong>Importadors<\/strong> del sector alimentari i de materials en contacte amb aliments.<\/p><p>\ud83c\udfec <strong>Magatzems log\u00edstics i distribu\u00efdors<\/strong> .<\/p><p>\ud83d\ude9a <strong>Empreses de transport<\/strong> d&#8217;aliments.<\/p><p>\ud83d\uded2 <strong>Comerciants en l\u00ednia<\/strong> d&#8217;aliments si no operen com a comer\u00e7 minorista (veure excepcions)<\/p><p>\ud83d\udce6 <strong>Empreses que fabriquen materials en contacte amb aliments<\/strong> .<\/p><p>\ud83d\udecd\ufe0f <strong>Minoristes<\/strong> <strong>inscrits a nivell auton\u00f2mic que subministrin fora de la comunitat aut\u00f2noma i\/o importin producte de fora de la UE.<\/strong><\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>EXCEPCIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p>Hi ha <strong>activitats exemptes de la inscripci\u00f3 al RGSEAA<\/strong> que hauran de ser <strong>autoritzades nom\u00e9s a nivell auton\u00f2mic<\/strong> (per exemple, el Registre en \u00e0mbit catal\u00e0 \u00e9s el RSIPAC, Registre Sanitari d&#8217;Ind\u00fastries i Productes Alimentaris de Catalunya) o mitjan\u00e7ant autoritzacions municipals:<\/p><p>\ud83d\udecd\ufe0f <strong>Establiments detallistes<\/strong> que subministren aliments de producci\u00f3 pr\u00f2pia i productes d&#8217;origen animal a altres establiments detallistes de diferent titularitat i\/o municipi, no s&#8217;inscriuen al RGSEAA, sin\u00f3 als <strong>registres auton\u00f2mics.<\/strong><\/p><p>\ud83c\udfe0 Les <strong>instal\u00b7lacions que ofereixen serveis de restauraci\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva social<\/strong> (com escoles, empreses, hospitals, resid\u00e8ncies geri\u00e0triques, centres penitenciaris, centres per a persones amb discapacitat, escoles bressol, cases de col\u00f2nies&#8230;), no es registren al RGSEAA, sin\u00f3 als registres auton\u00f2mics.<\/p><p>\ud83d\udecd\ufe0f Els <strong>establiments detallistes<\/strong> com, restaurants, fleques o carnisseries que venen aliments directament al consumidor final dins d&#8217;un mateix municipi no s&#8217;inscriuen al RGSEAA, sin\u00f3 als <strong>registres municipals.<\/strong><\/p><h2><strong>IMPORT\u00c0NCIA DE L&#8217;HOMOLOGACI\u00d3 DE PROVE\u00cfDORS<\/strong><\/h2><p>Si treballes amb <strong>prove\u00efdors que estan obligats a inscriure&#8217;s al RGSEAA<\/strong> i no ho estan o ho estan en activitats inespec\u00edfiques o no reals, podries veure <strong>compromesa la <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ghalimentaria.com\/ponemos-tu-sistema-de-trazabilidad-a-prueba\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tra\u00e7abilitat<\/a><\/span> i legalitat de la Tamb\u00e9 es pot requerir: pl\u00e0nol de l&#8217;establiment, descripci\u00f3 dels processos, etc. <\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\ud83d\udc49 <em>En alguns casos, l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria podr\u00e0 emetre requeriments per sol\u00b7licitar informaci\u00f3 o documentaci\u00f3 addicional despr\u00e9s de la presentaci\u00f3 inicial.<\/em><\/p><ul><li><strong>Pagament de taxes administratives<\/strong> : depenent de la comunitat aut\u00f2noma o municipis concrets el pagament de taxes es realitzar\u00e0 abans o despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;enviament de la sol\u00b7licitud. Per als que requereixen el pagament abans de la tramesa s&#8217;adjuntar\u00e0 a la resta de documentaci\u00f3. <\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\ud83d\udcb0 <em>L&#8217;import pot variar segons la CCAA i el tipus de tr\u00e0mit (comunicaci\u00f3 o autoritzaci\u00f3).<\/em><\/p><h3>\u274c <strong><u>Errors comuns en registrar-se:<\/u><\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>No incloure tota la documentaci\u00f3 requerida o fer-ho fora del termini de presentaci\u00f3 despr\u00e9s del requeriment.<\/li><li>No inscriure&#8217;s a la clau o subclaus correctes per a l&#8217;activitat que s&#8217;exerceix.<\/li><li>No complir els requisits sanitaris previs o un sistema dautocontrol adequat.<\/li><li>Iniciar una activitat que requereix autoritzaci\u00f3 sense l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 de sanitat.<\/li><li>Pagament de taxes fora de termini o import incorrecte de taxes.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p><strong>2. Acceptaci\u00f3 de la inscripci\u00f3: inspeccions dautoritzaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>En cas dactivitats de comunicaci\u00f3<\/strong> : es podr\u00e0 iniciar lactivitat. Es rebr\u00e0 el n\u00famero de Registre sanitari en el termini de setmanes. <\/li><li><strong>En cas d&#8217;activitats que requereixen autoritzaci\u00f3<\/strong> : l&#8217;autoritat far\u00e0 una <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ghalimentaria.com\/casos-reales-de-sanciones-en-inspecciones-sanitarias\/\">inspecci\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria<\/a><\/strong> per avaluar l&#8217;adequaci\u00f3 de les instal\u00b7lacions i del sistema d&#8217;autocontrol (APPCC i prerequisits) establert per a l&#8217;activitat. Si es compleixen o es compleixen parcialment les exig\u00e8ncies s&#8217;atorgar\u00e0 una autoritzaci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via per iniciar l&#8217;activitat. Es realitzar\u00e0 una darrera inspecci\u00f3 per avaluar la resoluci\u00f3 de les desviacions presentades a la primera inspecci\u00f3 i avaluar la implantaci\u00f3 del sistema APPCC, en cas favorable s&#8217;atorgar\u00e0 l&#8217;autoritzaci\u00f3 plena. Es rebr\u00e0 el n\u00famero de registre sanitari en el termini de setmanes.   <\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p><strong>3.
